The App is developed and operated for Eng. Muneer Abu Kwaik Group (Decoration and Contracting) to manage internal business operations, employee attendance, project tasks, and client communications.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide and manage our ERP services, we may collect the following types of information from our users, including Employees, Workers, and Clients:

a. Account and Profile Information

  • Basic Information: Full name, email address, username, password, phone number, and profile picture.

  • User Role: Your assigned role within the company system, such as Employee, Worker, or Client.

b. Attendance, Shift, and Location Data (Employees & Workers)

  • Clock-In/Out Times: Timestamps recording when you start and end your work shift.

  • Shift Information: Details of your assigned or selected work shift and the duration of your working hours.

  • Location Data: The App may collect your device's location information for attendance verification and workplace location validation. Location data is collected and used only while an Employee or Worker is actively registered as present/checked in for work purposes.

  • The App does not continuously track or collect your location when you are not registered as present/checked in.

c. Media and Document Uploads

  • Camera and Photo Gallery: If you choose to upload photos to document project progress or attach images to requests, the App may access your device's camera and photo gallery, subject to your permission.

  • Document Files: The App may access files on your device when you choose to upload PDF documents or other attachments for official requests, such as leave or advance payment requests.

d. Task and Project Management Data

  • Details of projects and tasks assigned to you, task status updates, progress photos, and communications related to the company's workflow.

e. Financial and Human Resources Data

  • Information submitted in connection with financial entitlements, salary and advance payment requests, leave and vacation balances, and resignation requests.

f. Technical and Device Information

  • Device and operating system information, such as device model and operating system version.

  • Unique notification tokens required to deliver push notifications to your device.

  • Crash reports and diagnostic information used to identify application errors, improve performance, and maintain application stability.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for legitimate administrative, operational, and business purposes, including:

  • Authentication and Security: To verify your identity and provide access to authorized system modules based on your assigned role.

  • Attendance Management: To record working hours, manage shifts, verify attendance, and accurately calculate applicable financial entitlements.

  • Attendance Location Verification: To collect and use location information while an Employee or Worker is registered as present/checked in, in order to verify their presence at the designated workplace and support attendance and workforce management.

  • Project and Task Management: To monitor project progress, assign and manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration between management, employees, workers, and clients.

  • Human Resources Requests: To manage, review, and process advance payment requests, leave requests, leave balances, and resignation requests.

  • Push Notifications: To send notifications regarding new tasks, project updates, messages, shift-related updates, announcements, and other relevant company communications.

  • Performance and Bug Fixing: To identify application errors, analyze diagnostic information, improve performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

The App does not use location information for continuous tracking when the user is not registered as present/checked in.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses trusted third-party services to support certain features and maintain the reliability and functionality of the App. These third-party providers may collect or process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Firebase (Google LLC)

Firebase is used for database connectivity and Firebase Crashlytics, which helps us monitor application stability, collect crash reports, identify technical issues, and improve application performance.

  • Local Storage: We use secure local storage technologies, including GetStorage, on your device to maintain your login session, save application settings, and store essential parameters required for certain offline functionality.

  • Cloud Storage: ERP records, tasks, files, attendance records, and attendance-related location information are securely transmitted to and stored on our protected cloud servers.

  • Data Protection: We implement appropriate security measures, including encrypted data transmission (such as SSL/TLS) and role-based access controls, to help protect your personal and operational information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information and work-related data, including attendance records and attendance-related location information, for as long as your account remains active or for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the administrative, operational, financial, and business requirements of Eng. Muneer Abu Kwaik Group.

If your employment or relationship with the organization ends, or if you request deletion of your account, certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable legal, financial, accounting, auditing, or other legitimate business requirements.
